Investment Opportunities in Soc Trang
Tuesday, 06/02/2007 00:02(VEN Online) The Ho Chi Minh City Trade and Investment Promotion Center and the Soc Trang Investment Promotion Center held a workshop on January 24 in Ho Chi Minh City at which time it presented investment opportunities in Soc Trang province. The event was attended by leaders of the Soc Trang Province People's Committee and provincial departments and hundreds of domestic and foreign businesses based in Ho Chi Minh City. Huynh Thanh Hiep, the chairman of the Soc Trang Province People's Committee, said that the province welcomes investors that will process export tra and basa fish, raise young black-tiger shrimp, produce fresh-water aquatic seafood, repair and build ships, build the Mac Dinh Chi 5A Residential Area, the Long Phung Resort, the Soc Trang-Con Dao railway and the Ho Be Resort .
